This website is operated by Liham Lane ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing any product through it, you ("you," "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old, the age of majority in the Philippines, to purchase from this website. If you are placing an order on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and take responsibility for the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, and contact details, so that we can process and deliver your order correctly.

3. Business Information

Liham Lane is a sole proprietorship operating under the registered business name Liham Lane, based in Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines. We are in the process of completing formal business registration and permits, and will update this section once registration is complete.

4. Product Information and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizing, color, and included components. Product photos are taken to represent the item as closely as possible, though slight variations in color may occur due to screen display or natural material differences, particularly for handcrafted or fabric-based items.

While we provide this information in good faith, it remains your responsibility to review product details carefully and reach out to us with any questions before completing your purchase. We are not obligated to honor a return or exchange based on a preference or expectation that was not communicated to us or confirmed in the product listing prior to purchase.

5. Orders and Payment

We currently accept payment via bank transfer only. Once you place an order, you are required to send proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt) to confirm your order.

If we do not receive proof of payment or a response from you within 3 days of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order automatically without further notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or incomplete payment verification. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you through the contact details provided at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are estimates and not guarantees. Liham Lane is not liable for delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order is handed over to our shipping courier, risk of loss or damage in transit is covered according to the terms of our Shipping Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details on delivery timelines, shipping fees, and courier handling.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Before shipping, we check every product to confirm it is complete and in working condition.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will provide one of the following remedies at your choice, subject to item availability: replacement of the item, exchange for another item of equal value, or a refund.

This remedy applies only to items proven to be defective upon receipt. We do not provide warranties on our products beyond this defect-notification period, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or normal wear from use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Liham Lane name, logo, brand pattern, illustrations, product designs, and written copy, is the property of Liham Lane and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Co-branded or partner products (such as the Kuwero Line with Sundays Project) may include intellectual property owned by our partner brands. Use of those elements is subject to the same restriction.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or to reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the website or its content without our permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for any violation of these Terms.

10. Partner Brand Products

Some products sold on this website are produced by Liham Lane. Others, referred to as partner brand products, are produced by a separate company and sold through this website as part of a collaboration or resale arrangement. Where a product is a partner brand product, this will be indicated on the product listing.

While we select our partners carefully and stand behind the quality of items we sell, manufacturing and design responsibility for a partner brand product rests with that partner brand. Any concerns specific to a partner brand's own manufacturing or design will be addressed jointly with that partner. Liham Lane is not responsible for third-party products or services not sold directly through this website.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liham Lane provides this website and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part, or where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Liham Lane, its owner, and any representatives harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Any personal information you provide to us, including your name, contact details, and shipping address, is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a concern cannot be resolved directly with us, you may escalate it to the appropriate government agency, including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in accordance with the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Laguna, Philippines.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
